Even with Tokei-ski's helpful insight, I think you can still find a some moderate deals compared to what a piece might cost in the U.S.

Here's a 3511.50 reduced speedy for about $975 after 14% cash back. Market in the U.S. on these seems to be in the $1000 to $1200 range.

And a watch I really would like to own one day, an Omega Dynamic III for $750. I think $800 to $1000 is what you'd expect to pay here. This may only be a decent market price if you consider there's no bracelet. Though this one looks to be in good shape.

Just a note that the exchange rate for the Japanese Yen to US Dollar has been improving this year. During the 26% cash back deal at the end of December it was a terrible exchange rate, but it has steadily improved since then. That makes the current 14% cash back at Global Rakuten Market a little sweeter. Add in a code on Ebates for $22 off $200+ and 10% back in Super Points and it's not bad (not great, but also not bad). I'm waiting anxiously to see if 20% comes soon before the $22 off and 10% points deals expire!
