A family member is looking for a gold sub and found one of interest on bobswatches.com. Does anyone have an experience with them or can at least speak to their reputation?

No experience as Rolex isn't a brand I can afford or have any interest.
But I have read good things about them.

I don't have any direct experience with them, but they have a rock solid reputation within the industry. It's 99.99% likely that they will ship a genuine Rolex in the condition described. They may not have the best prices, but I think you can trust buying from them. DavidSW is also a very well trusted source for quality Rolex watches.
