Echo/neutra out of Italy are set to release 2 new watches on Kickstarter on June 16th after their first project was a success, the Averau.

These watches are called the 1956 Cortina
One is a 3 hand version,

I’m pleased to see they’ve dropped the date and especially pleased to see they’ve dropped where it said date on the dial- that stopped me buying one before as it really got under my skin!

Looks good in the different colour ways;

**sigh** Old Radium.

I like the B&R vibe here, though. The panda is nice looking.

The mountain range at the 12 on the three hander is a nice touch.

That blue one is HOT.

I am not usually a "but the name/logo" guy (see my non-complaints of Chris Ward), but for some reason the brand name and logo really bother me on this one. Really like the design of the three-hand otherwise, though.

Appears that echo/neutra has decided to bypass Kickstarter and open preorders for their Cortina 1956 collection direct from their website.

Still don't like the logo and I'm getting kinda sick of fake old radium. But despite that I'm drawn to the look. And the pre-order prices aren't bad.
