Smaller version doesn't have all that writing on the dial, way better IMO

If I carry a billboard on my wrist, I should be paid for that service. I like the watch, but all that self-serving script on the dial breaks the deal.

Yes, Buyee.jp is one, and it looks like the easiest to use for the sites it includes.

I also signed up for one called Tenso.com which is more of a traditional forwarding service. It gives you an address that you can use to place orders on any Japanese site. I sent a small order to Tenso to test it out.

About to buy a watch as a present from Citizen Company Store - there's a promo code box at checkout, anyone aware of any promo codes? I searched the usual spots but didn't find any, nor can I find any mentioned here. Just seems odd for that box to exist but no codes to be around. Thanks!

I've used buyee.jp - can be a great way to find deals on JDM models from Yahoo auctions (effectively Japan's eBay). There are of course fees but I felt they were pretty reasonable and the whole process worked smoothly, would use it again for sure.

I am intrinsically opposed to the use of automatic movements in watch models that were originally designed to be electric and move beyond mechanical movements. But also fully admit that this is a good deal on an auto Ventura.

Great minds are thinking alike I actually put the first model in the cart, price wise it's a great deal. But the actual dial and hands are sooo small, and grey on grey makes it unacceptable for me to use as a, well, time measuring device.
