Radcliffe Watch Co out of Oxford, UK have launched a preorder for a new collection of their Haxel mechanical chronograph, the Racing Series.

Preorder price with just leather strap is £275 (roughly $380)
Regular price will be £349 (roughly $483)

Preorder price with bracelet and leather strap is £295 (roughly $408)
Regular price will be £369 (roughly $510)

Estimated delivery is mid-May 2021

The Haxel Racing Series is available in three colorways / liveries - Le Mans, British Racing Green, and Autobahn.
Choice of leather strap or leather strap and bracelet combo.

Just put on my flamesuit so here goes: I'm not sure the Gulf livery colorway works. I think the inclusion of dark blue makes it too busy. Or maybe it's the light blue bezel? I'm not sure. I should love it but something seems off to me.

I'd say the white numerals/indices on light blue bezel might be what's throwing you off.
If it was black, it might look better.

Or make them navy to match the dial. If they were going to include a color that isn't in the traditional livery they could have used it as a neutral.
