ShopHQ Deal Chatter
Re: ShopHQ Deal Chatter
A follow-up to my defective Glycine purchased from Shop HQ: they did refund my money, less the $14.99 I paid to ship it to me and the $8.99 they billed me for the return mailing label.
I'm glad for the refund but I'm pretty sure the experience wasn't worth what it cost me.

I think it stinks that you had to pay for something that wasn't your fault.
I signed up for their VIP program, got my $14.99 shipping charge refunded--and then I canceled the VIP membership.

Let me just say this for ShopHQ:
They made it easy, with no hassle, to cancel the VIP membership.
No jumping through hoops or searching for a minute tab. There's a nice big button; it's as if they expect you to quit.

"35HELLOWATCH" for 35% off, expires Aug 31
email claims it only works on invicta, but tested and it works on Hamilton, glycine, etc
did the 30day free VIP trial 2 weeks ago, made a claim minutes after purchase, was approved, just got an email saying check is in the mail for my shipping
Update: refund check received for my shipping fees.

Re: ShopHQ Deal Chatter
I brought a glycine bronze, and they shipped me a customer return with a beat up box.... not impressed. If I return do I get the $15 shipping returned as well?

I bought a defective Glycine. Not only did they not refund my shipping they charged me for the return shipping as well. I ended up spending $23 to try on a dead watch.

Re: ShopHQ Deal Chatter
I've bought a couple of fairly expensive watches from them the last few months with the nice discount codes and they both came nicely packaged and in perfect working condition, so I guess it's hit or miss, sorry for your bad luck. The Sultan of SoWhat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 12, 2022 5:19 pm-------
