Here is a authentic Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch reference ST 145.022-78, with the vintage tritium T-Swiss-T black dial. From a military pilots estate sale. Chronograph needs service.
Iconic 861 caliber manual movement runs and keeps good time.
The chronograph hand runs for a while but stops right before the 60 second make. It will need service.
Ghost bezel has aged to an amazing light grey color. Has dings and scratches.
Hesilite crystal is original and has the Omega logo. Has scratches and scuffs that can be buffed out but I think it adds to the vintage charm.
Case and caseback does have scratches, dings and scuffs. Unpolished.
Leather strap is used and shows signs of wear. Not original to the watch.
Vintage watches usually are not water resistant. Recommend service and pressure test.
No bracelet. No papers. No box. No cards.
