I saw on WUS that Chris Vail from NTH has offered a few watches as raffle prizes for a GoFundMe campaign he wanted to shed a light on.
Here's the link to the GoFundMe campaign:
https://www.gofundme.com/support-ellie0 ... ill-family
From the first post by Doc:
"NTH is donating 4 watches to be raffled off to help the Dill family with legal costs arising from the adoption of a little girl they've been fostering since birth, their daughter Ellie.
Every donation of $20 to their GoFundMe will buy a chance to win one of two Zwaardvis (both no-date), a Phantom Khaki (no-date, DLC case), or a Phantom B (no-date, DLC case). Every $20 donated is another chance to win.
Please be sure to include your name with your donation. Winners for each watch will be drawn randomly soon after the goal is reached. Winners will be required to supply NTH with their shipping details, to include email address and phone number."
Others have joined in and donated watches to the cause.
Some watches are only available with a higher donation. See below for details.
This is the full list of watches that will be raffled off:
$20 donation raffle watches

Re: Microbrand watch raffle as part of a GoFundMe campaign fundraiser
I am in for $20 as people doing good things shouldn’t be punished financially. Props to DocVail, who once again shows us the kind of guy he really is. His watches are out of my price range, but I keep NTH in the back of my mjnd.
It would be cool if someone on here won one of the watches. That isn’t the point, but it would be fun.
Last night they broke their initial goal of $10,000. It only took 6 days to do it, and that is something that the community can be proud of.

Re: Microbrand watch raffle as part of a GoFundMe campaign fundraiser
I just donated. If I'm too late for the giveaway, that's fine. I like supporting those in situations like this, even when confronting my own challenges.
I hope everything goes well for them.

Made a second donation, since Bbrou33 sent some bucks my way.
Re: Microbrand watch raffle as part of a GoFundMe campaign fundraiser
Already donated twice from the brotherhood page. May donate again just because I love this story. Glad the goal was reached so quickly!

Re: Microbrand watch raffle as part of a GoFundMe campaign fundraiser
This was posted on WUS by Doc Vail, so sharing here for those who can't/don't frequent there:
"here's what happens now...
Jason's family is wrapping up the GFM.
I'm going to have my virtual assistant take the donors list, get the data formatted so that each increment of $20, $50 or $250 adds an entry for that donor, and then pick the winners for each watch.
The picks will be random, for each watch. The only choices anyone will get are the two watches where the donors said the winners would have a choice of dial colors. Otherwise, Julie will just start at the top, with the first watch, pick a winner, then work her way down the watch list.
If by some chance the random number generator picks the same person twice, I have instructed her to pick a different name.
I'll be setting her up to coordinate with the other business owners who have pledged products for the raffle, to connect winners with the biz owners, and work out shipping details.
Please be patient. Julie is out of the office until Monday, and I'm leaving the country on a much-needed family vacation Friday.
Once we have the winners picked, we'll get that info to Jason's family, for communication to everyone who needs it."

Re: Microbrand watch raffle as part of a GoFundMe campaign fundraiser
Just donated. Great story!
(So the page / fund is still open as of today, 14 June, if anyone wants to donate - no idea if that still gets you in the raffle, but that's not really the point, is it?! [emoji3])
