I was out shooting some astro this morning and got a nice surprise from the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch. Didn’t have much time to react/compose but was happy to come away with a usable shot.

I’ve been abstaining from watch purchases as of late so I could pick up some new camera gear before my trip to Iceland next month. Wanted to kick the tires on the new rig so I headed back to the Outer Banks last week to take advantage of clear skies for the Perseid meteor shower, stopping at Bodie Island on the way to take this shot.

Thank you so much! I’m beyond excited for Iceland as well. Hopefully I’ll get some epic wrist shots while I’m there [emoji3]

I/We expect nothing less.
How many watches do you think you will bring with you?

Not mine, obviously. Taken by Thomas Pesquet on ISS. Couldn't imagine seeing this with my own eyes.
