Maybe you should call them out by name here so that we know who to watch out for.
Watchmaxx?
Not watchmaxx however they do love to have a "best offer" option and always come back with offers that are only a few dollars under the posted price. I've never seen them raise the price immediately after an offer though.
The seller that I'm talking about now is free-duty-4thzone

Another seller on ebay named watchingo just did the same thing.
Had a watch listed for one price. I offered less. They then increased the price and made me an offer higher then they had it listed for before. Now they've reduced the price again lower then the offer they countered with.

Irate Google employees pressed executives about pay and performance reviews at a recent internal town hall. Some also appear particularly unhappy with the company taking away heated bidets at California offices. (CNBC, Protocol)
I decided to try tanning my Scandinavian paleness. Two days x 7 minutes and I am getting what must be an endorphin high making it difficult to focus. So weird. Nothing like a burn, but my skin is feeling sensitive to touch. I think I'll take a break. :-/
Far and wide I will find 'em and I ride 'em
Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find

Action movies with romantic partners or children in them who end up in peril. It's a cheap and low way to add suspense, and I can't bear it. Old James Bond has the right idea. It's entertainment, people! Leave heartstrings to romance movies.
