Thanks a lot, that is very inspiring. I have the same type of IKEA closet, I will probably do the same (only on drawer though ).
Did you buy felt sheets and cut them to size?

Yes, I measured the watch cushions I bought and cut the dividers to form a grid to fit them. I will capture the process in photos once I receive the next batch of felt dividers for the second two drawers.
