I haven’t been sick since 2006 and got sick Monday and after all week with green putty coming from lungs and sinuses went to the doctor. He said I’m crazy and gave me an antibiotic and prednisone which was surprising. He said prednisone because I’m very close to hospitalization. I feel bad, but I don’t feel like I’m dying.

Before 2006 it was possibly the 90’s that I was sick. I’m thinking late 80’s.

Anyway, if you want to see what looks like a bloody jellyfish that I coughed up so that you know you’re really being stupid resisting the doctor, PM me. It’s disgusting though.

I will say this. If you go 2 days with green coming out of you, it’s probably time to take an antibiotic, even if you’re like me and resist so that your body learns. There’s a limit. I found it today.

I have tested twice now negative for flu and COVID. Never had COVID that I know of and haven’t had flu since I was a little kid, which started 1972.

So what I’m rambling about is, the upper respiratory stuff (supposedly common cold) that is going around is some seriously nasty stuff and I think humanity hitting the immunity pause button during the pandemic has enraged a sleeping beast. If you test negative for everything, remember Rob is 50 years old and only had been sick twice, and the common cold, supposedly, almost hospitalized him.

If you get sick, be careful and consider being a bit more proactive than normal.

According to my old Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, the adjective beat the noun by a few decades.
