It seems they are no longer in business i made and order on there website some weeks ago. After waiting the stated 3 days for an update i then waited a full week before sending an email got nothing. sent a message using the website support page got nothing. I tried to call and got voicemail is full. Thankfully i paid with PayPal so i will get my money back but just a waste of my time hopefully this will save someone else from wasting there time also.

As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

They are still in business they collect payment and never ship any products, that "is" their business model.

I don't follow the brand, but know there's been a lot of issues with them of late.
Some bad business acumen + family issues = **** for buyers is how I'm understanding the situation.
