Just received a Citizen Titanium diver from AZ Fine Time. The watch itself is in great shape, but there was absolutely no protective plastic on it. Dial, caseback, bracelet, clasp were all bare metal. It did have a Citizen hang tag attached to the bracelet.
This is my first new Citizen, and first Titanium watch. Does Citizen usually ship watches with protective film? Is the fact that it is titanium have something to do with it?
As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.
Arizona Fine Time: Did I get a used watch?
Re: Arizona Fine Time: Did I get a used watch?
I've bought Citizen watches in the past, from other vendors, and all had, AT MINIMUM, a sticker over the crystal.
Is AZ Fine time an AD or a grey market seller? That could have something to do with the amount of plastic wrap if they are grey market

I've only purchased one Citizen, Not from AZ Fine Time though. The nighthawk I purchased new did not have a protective film on the bracelet. It may have also been in a store display case which would be another reason the stickers may not be on it
