This one is proving to be a super popular campaign, and it was completely off my radar.
This is a modern reissue of a watch used by the French Navy in the 80s made by Jacques Bianchi out of Marseille.
Now Jacques is working with a new team to reissue the watch with some modern refinements.


First 150 backers pricing with an original black perlon strap from the 90s was around $721 SOLD OUT
Kickstarter pricing is the same without the additional perlon at around $721
Regular price will be about $1,200

Many times there is more to a watch than just the raw specs. I am personally guilty of saying "$X for Y specs is too much" a lot. But how is a 200M watch with an NH35 worth $700+? Is this Jacques guy someone I should know about?
