Angles Watches out of Hong Kong have returned to Kickstarter with some new updates to their Measurement wandering hour collection, featuring Damascus steel or automatic movements.

That floating hour is really cool, especially in the dark. Would have to get used to the monster minute hand in the daytime though. Still, an impressive design and solid movement.
