As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Seller on WUS trying to move a Forstner.

This is the "original" model, so the longer length. It's sitting at $85 but he seems desperate to sell.

I thought about sending them a lowball offer because I really enjoyed the one that a few of us tried, but I'll defer to another member here.

He's asking $375 and it's been up for 3 months now. He might just accept a lowball offer.

Tissot LeLocle - Excellent Condition

It's been up for 10 days now, he's reduced the price once. He's asking for $250

Great price in my opinion but you can probably convince him to go lower.

Great price of $450+$10 on the full MRK bracelet CB0171, with world radio perpetual etc.

I’d buy it if I didn’t already have this one. MRK is harder than the usual Duratect TiC titanium, which in turn is miles beyond the rear of the industry.

Here’s a wrist shot of mine.

This Tissot Le Locle auto chrono is worth keeping an eye on. Opening bid is $315. MSRP is over $1600. Movement is the A05.H21, which looks like a Valjoux 7550 made for Tissot.

I have bought from this seller before. Their pics aren't professional but they are accurate. Note you'll get just the watch -- not a box or anything, so keep that in mind when bidding.

Here's the Tissot official pic:

Don't ask me how, but I went down a government auction website rabbit hole this afternoon. Anyone want a diamond encrusted OP 41 with an aftermarket dial?

Current bid is $2,500.

Vintage Timex T16591 "SR927W" Chronograph: $47.99+shipping

'H1' designation on rear of the caseback indicates a production date of January 2000.

It appears this seller might have bought this back in May of 2021 for $29.42 with free shipping. I asked some questions about the piece and was offered a deal for $40.6X, but I declined as others have sold in the $30 range, also I believe the seller only has $29.50 into the watch.

(Someone atleast buy it so I stop looking at it, thanks in advance)

Asked about the age, no real answer, but I got the same offer of $40.6X from the seller. No photos of the movement though....

I know a few members enjoy vintage Timex mechanicals.

Not quite the condition of the one I just picked up, but still a very good deal for someone if you get it for under $600
