Probably this is not the right place but.. does anyone here know how to buy on carousell.sg?
NAD,
Perhaps a Singapore based member would be best to answer this. I've never bought on it but have looked up some listings. Items are sold within the country and not usually internationally so like yours is based in SG. You will need to ask the seller directly if they are willing to ship overseas and agree on a price else need a forwarding service. Feels a bit like Etsy to me so scams are aplenty, unless you can verify authenticity of the product.Listings with Carousell Protection and good seller ratings should be safer option.
Not based in Singapore anymore but here in Kuala Lumpur we also have Carousell which is a basically an online marketplace for shops selling their goods online and anyone selling their old tat.
The site is reputable but it all depends on the seller if they are. Check out the Malaysian one and if you like a watch you find there I can do some due diligence for you if you need me to.

it is a platform / online market place where individual or company can list their products to sell without charges (at the moment). you could create a account and message them to check if they are willing to ship overseas. shipping and payment can be arrange among buyer/seller
Need to take note that as Carousell is just a platform, they do not check authenticity or whatever. in short , no protection. Unless you are looking at 2nd hand. I do not find any great deals there for watches. you can PM me if need more details, you can also let me know what you planning to buy. i could take a look for you.

I'm a sucker for quirky stuff like this. Only $27.99, down $8. 40mm, available in river or gold. I'm sure the build quality is terrible but I dig the steampunk aesthetic.

Oh man this thread is terrible. I could not resist the silver one either, just for fun. Has that Xeric clone vibe to it.
We woke up the algorithm The silver is back up to $33.99 and the gold has now dropped to $25.99 with a $2 coupon.

A good price for what @ManOnTime would call the "perfect dress watch" if it was on a leather strap.
At least that's what he said on the MoT Discord channel.
Tissot Tradition 5.5 Swiss Quartz Bracelet Watch, 39mm, model #
Sale price is $202.46
List price is $425
The only thing that would make it better is a gold case/markers/hands and black dial.
And now a deal to offset my Not-A-Deal:
Frederique Constant Flyback Chronograph Manufacture FC-760N4H4 from Offical Watch Deals on eBay. Add it to your watch list and they may send an offer after a few days.
The water resistance rating in that spot on a Swiss dress watch is a bit weird, right? I think Orient does that, but not Tissot, Hamilton, etc.
Not to derail the deals, but understanding Certina and more specifically the history behind "DS", will probably shed some light on the prominence in displaying the water resistance rating: https://www.europastar.com/highlights/1 ... urity.html

Junghans Form A (they have this model # 027-4734.00-2, but it appears to be model # 027/4730.00)
Sale price is $449
List price is $1,000
Condition is - Store Display /10 out of 10

WatchMaxx will accept offers on eBay as well, just picked up the Grey Dial Big Crown Pro Pilot Date for $750 through Best Offer down from $866 through their ebay store.
Like denormalize and Boourns, I have glommed onto Watchmann's Ebay offerings. I found this automatic Tissot for $217.49 (also there's a make offer button). That's cheaper than on the company's own webstore.
