They're both not great, but I think I like the name "Militado" over "Baltany".

Guessing AliExpress is the best place to buy Pagani Design for best price?

Yes you tend to get the best prices on there. Also if you follow the store you get sent discount codes and get what they call 'fan exclusive' prices sometimes. Also make sure to check if there are any coupons available to reduce the price more as well. Using the app instead of the website gives you a better price normally as well.
