We've been told the discount will work "site-wide" so am going to assume it will.

James will be letting us know what the code is, and I am hoping it's very soon!

Just saw the post on the Heads Up thread that River's Edge will be doing a 40% off promo once a month due to high demand, doesn't that kind of dilute the value of the Inner Circle code? I'm not complaining I signed up and paid the fee because I've saved a lot of money and want to support the thread, but I also thought I was getting something exclusive along with it. Not that we all haven't seen the 40% code and aren't well familiar with it, but if I were on the fence, and just found out that the code will come around once a month like clockwork, that would probably keep me from spending the money.

Haven't spoken with James, but I did recently deal with Jenn on several occasions after calling their main line as well as through email. Unfortunately they weren't able to get the watch I was after, but the interactions were very pleasant.

I wouldn't go the email or pm route, best way to get in touch is calling. I did email and didn't get a response, but when I called I spoke to Abe.

I think not working pre-owned is standard. Also, when they start carrying the more expensive brands, it's not gonna work.

It's James' discretion as to what the code applies to. I'm not surprised at all that he wouldn't allow 40% off of that item.
