Well, I FINALLY got around to swapping the dial on the $50 Invicta 9404 I bought a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the new hands to work and had to use the originals, but I got the new seconds hand on (fingers crossed and hoping it stays on.)

It’s clearly a hideous color and bezel combo but honestly I’m kinda digging it. I’ll most likely get an orange rubber strap for it. The black looks to boring and the orange nato I have is a little dirty so the red rubber strap will have to do for now. If I had finished a few days ago I could have called it Frankenstein for Halloween.

I’m just shocked that I got the thing back together and it works.

Actually I may go with the orange NATO. It’s a little scuffed from some beach/fishing time, but still looks better. Now I need to shop for orange straps.
