As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Best TV Show
What TV series has you hooked? For me its currently Lucifer.
Re: Best TV Show
Read that Netflix might keep Lucifer going.
I'm waiting for season 2 of American Gods and the final season of Game of Thrones.

Re: Best TV Show
Right now I've been watching The Last Kingdom on Netflix. It's pretty good. Think Game of Thrones-lite.
Everybody knows about Breaking Bad (and hopefully Better Call Saul...they are both great!), but for some reason not many people know (knew) about The Americans. I highly recommend it.

Currently, "The Good Place". However, "The Simpsons" will always be my favorite TV show.

+1 for the good place
Re: Best TV Show
I am that guy who thinks that the other show(Not the mainstream one) someone created is the better show, even though the masses disagree. American dad is better than family guy and Futurama is better than the simpsons. Sorry MoT, but c'mon, have you watched Futurama?!?ManOnTime wrote:Currently, "The Good Place". Also, a show that nobody I know has watched, but I am finding hilarious is "I'm Sorry". If you have a twisted sense of humor that doesn't have boundaries, this is the show for you. Soooooo funny, but a little awkward in the curb your enthusiasm sense.

Futurama and Family Guy and American Dad and countless other shows wouldn't even exist if it weren't for the culture altering path The Simpsons blazed, so don't have a cow, man.Dub Rubb wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2019 2:16 amI am that guy who thinks that the other show(Not the mainstream one) someone created is the better show, even though the masses disagree. To answer your question, the notification sound for personal email on my phone is Professor Farnsworth saying "Good news everyone!"

My wife is watching that show. I saw an episode where her kid was suddenly a racist and they were trying to get a black friend to talk to her and she offended him.Dub Rubb wrote:Also, a show that nobody I know has watched, but I am finding hilarious is "I'm Sorry". I found it hysterical because it went back to the nature of people and left correctness at the door. Refreshing to see it humored. Without the ability to laugh at each other we become miserable.
I like how blunt the show is. Reminds me of old school comedy. Watch Don Rickles roast Redd Foxx in YouTube if you want a refresher course on the way comedy was before everyone decided they want to be offended constantly.

Best TV Show
What are people watching these days? I feel like Breaking Bad has made every other show seem mediocre. Can anyone recommend anything worth watching?
Re: Best TV Show
Been watching Game of Thrones, but have a strong suspicion they're not going to stick the landing during the series finale next week.
