It’s reverse eBay

You put the price you are willing to pay, that gets sent to potential sellers, and if one wants to agree at that price Greentoe handled the transaction.

Best place to see the price is do a google shopping search

“Model number + greentoe”

If you don’t see it when you go to the link, just put that in as your offer. My experience is that someone will usually take ~$10 less than what you see on the google search

To search the site for deals I search google shopping for "Greentoe Seiko." Clicking on the links from those results takes you to the page to buy it for that price. But as @valuewatchguy said if you just search the Greentoe site for the model number you want, you can bid on it yourself, so you might as well try to save a few additional $.
