IIRC, this one has a weird bezel like the Tactical Frog where only the outside ND numbers rotate, not the regular timing part of the dial. Only the Seestern works correctly, but it's more expensive.
Not necessarily a deal but more about availability. Watchman has a DA46 black PVD with the ETA2836 for $1,475. Described as, “customer tried on and returned” - like new may be a better description.
The ETA version has been discontinued and this model isn’t available ATM as Damasko is moving to all in-house movements, with a corresponding increase in prices across the board. A good opportunity, if you’re Damasko curious, to try this one. I’m certain you could sell it on with a minimal loss if you didn’t love it. I’ve owned a few of these and they’re very well made, especially if German over-engineering interests you.
I know I've posted about Greentoe Seiko deals in the past, but I think these might be new additions to their inventory; several Alpinist models on bracelet for $487 (a few leather strap options for $471). I haven't really followed these, but I'm pretty sure this a good deal (if not the best deal, considering they're an AD). For those who don't know already, you can search "Seiko Greentoe" to find other models (however, I think someone else here knows of a better way to create a link to all models).

Nice! Yeah I saw it went from 12 to 2 then back to 15. I guess I should have waited. I did try to cancel and reorder but it was too late. I also confirmed with Harrods support that duties are included in the price. This is why Rakuten total is a little lower.

Yes I've seen at least 2 confirmations of getting the cashback on Rakuten on Reddit, although neither person could withdraw it yet (next Rakuten payment date is February 15). I also saw a confirmation on a Hodinkee article in the comments section.
EDIT: I gave in as well. Purchased yesterday and got Rakuten confirmation today.
Uh, to try to make this a deal post again. Rakuten is back to 10% for Harrods today, so not as good as it was but still a significant amount of cashback.
