Slightly cheaper at their eBay store, but tax might nix that savings.

Purchase Direct claims to be an AD for the brands that they sell, and Junghans listings on their site state:
"Authorized Seller: Manufacturer's Warranty will be honored"
I'd suggest confirming it with them but believe it to be true. They may operate as an AD under a different name for warranty purposes.
