Moving Images?

Possible to upload moving Images? I know how to do a video, but was looking for something that would loop like a gif.

Gifs upload just fine using any of the upload methods.

Thanks. I found a way to turn Google Photos moving images into a gif within the app and then I can upload to imgur. I had no idea I could do that.
