I purchased an Alpina chrono and it arrived with a broken rotor. They immediately responded, provided return label and sent me another once they receive the broken one. The one I received again came with a broken rotor and not working at all. They immediately responded and provided label and sent me full refund once they received the watch.
So long story short, It is worth to try. I got 10 different Alpinas all are new. I only had one issue and it was resolved smoothly.
