Wow Sporkboy! I thought maybe $10 was possible but $4 is awesome. We'll see if you get anything. Or maybe it'll be a quartz watch with a fake rotor. In any case I'll be interested to see what comes.
This is the cheapest I can find that is verifiably automatic, i.e. with a rotor I can see. A lot of listings say "automatic" but I think they are mechanical.
For instance I think @Sporkboy's entry is a manual wind, unless I'm missing something:
(Sorry man but but all's fair in love and challenges!)
What is that dial above 6:00? Power reserve? Surely it’s not a second hand because it already has one of those.

It is a second hand, and don't call me Surely.
It should be a second hand the way it is laid out, but I am going to guess that it is just decorative and that that hand is just pasted on there.

I looked at more than one pic and the rogue subdial hand was in different positions. That doesn't prove anything, I know, so I may have to buy one just to figure this out!

I am totally wrong on this one. I actually have a Winner that was given to me and it does indeed have 2 running seconds hands

$2 plus $2 shipping. Pictures show a rotor and it is not completely hideous. I am guessing that no watch shows up at this price, but I am $4 curious, so we’ll see if I get anything.
As you can tell, I kind of got involved in this challenge. I am honestly quitting looking for these now. I had $4 worth of entertainment on this challenge, so if a watch shows up, it will be a pleasant surprise.

Just checked and I have a note from the seller stating that it was listed at the wrong price and asked me to cancel the order. What is a bargain hunter to do? Pretty sure they should cancel it as it was their mistake, but then they risk negative feedback right?
At any rate, this disqualifies this watch for the challenge since someone couldn’t go out and order more at that price.

Despite this crushing blow you remain the champion if I’m not mistaken.

Not the lowest but for the extra few bucks you get a 24 hour hand, an open heart and a day/night indicator (not moon phase I’m sure) with a weird extra hand in front of it.
