MoT's WDF

I supposedly have a Kurono Toki on the way later this year. Word is that the more-pink-than-salmon color has been a challenge for strap matching so far, with grey and milanese mesh being the most popular options. Since I love customizing my straps anyway, I figured I'd spend the next few months considering strap options for it.

I think I have it narrowed down to these so far. I actually already have the color 8 cordovan strap in the lower left. Considering the other possibilities to add, as well. What's your favorite? Any you don't see that I should consider?

Tip: I used the iOS app Faceover to do the quick-and-dirty photoshop to replace the watch face in each photo with the Toki. I think it works really well for the effort required, so it might be a tool some of you other strap fanatics might find useful. (Kind of funny though to see the face with various crowns/lugs - Ming, Speedy, Grand Seiko, etc.)

I picked the glossy blue, but I think the matte blue would also be stunning.

Weird. It worked for me at first, but not now.

It looks like wherever it's hosted has disabled hotlinking.

Oops, sorry! I guess Google Photos must have some sort of hotlink limit. Edited it through Tapatalk so hopefully it holds now.

I voted the matte blue.

Also want to throw out an oddball option, a python strap.
Think the texture would play well off the dial elements.

And if you order from say [mention]trinhlemai[/mention], she can work with you on the exact color and maybe she has salmon/pink stitching to match?

I like the creativity — will definitely check out Trinh’s offerings (white python may be a bit more Miami than I can pull off [emoji23] , but I love the idea of an exotic).

Pictures working again. I went for the croc. I think whatever you do, either darker (black, blue, dark / deep,brown) or,neutral colors (chrome or white), help the dial really pop. Would steer clear of lighter browns and reds.
