It's unclear if that 21mm thickness includes the crystal. If not, you are looking at like 25mm thick. Either way, good luck with shirt sleeves.

Figured I would post this since I hadn't seen it talked about in many places. I have the Polar on order and Justin (founder) seems pretty cool/responsive to questions on IG. Initially it was going to be on Kickstarter but then they decided to go on their own. I think there's something to say about not wanting to be another Kickstarter brand.

WatchGecko shared renders of some upcoming exclusive NTH DevilRays they'll be carrying in the next few weeks.

For these we tried to imagine what the DevilRay would look like if it was released in the 60s. That primarily meant making the hands a more classic sword set, flattening the dial, and changing the markers to add some depth and detailing.

They mentioned pricing will be £480, roughly $650

Formex is teasing a new release launching next week on 2/10.

"We've promised a new entry-level-priced Automatic model that’s going to be very tough and a bit lighter on the wallet... As a Formex Watch Club member, you'll be first in line with 24 hours early access before we officially launch the new collection on Thursday, February 10th 2022.

We'll share the secret link with you in our next Newsletter. The best news... the new collection will be readily available from stock."




Just based on the pic above, I would never have guessed that'd be a Formex.

I'll post a dedicated thread closer to campaign launch, but sharing this teaser now.

Galvin Watches, by the Finnish watchmaker in Australia, will be releasing her next collection, Loimu, on March 5th on Kickstarter.
No word on pricing just yet.

I grew up in northern Finland under the Northern Lights. The colours of the aurora have inspired this collection.
Loimu translates to "blaze" in English.

In my opinion, these have a bit of a Seiko Presage vibe to them.

- 10 ATM / 100 meter water resistant
- Screwed down crown with luminous effect
- Flat sapphire crystal with an AR coating
- Swiss super-lumiNova C3 luminous hands and hour markers

WatchGecko has had the first of the exclusive DevilRays delivered and shared a shot of each.
They're tentatively setting Feb 16th as the launch date.

She and Ms. Genesis https://www.genesis-uhren.de/home/ are the only two female watchmakers I know who release their own watches. I am sure there are more, and more is welcomed!

To me @38 mm, with Miyota 9015 and screw down crown, this collection looks way more interesting than Presage.
Exciting news

I saw this on watch station flash sale, it was sold out.
Titanium 100 m WR chronograph, branded Armani, I assume build by Fossil. I wonder what movement is that? Guessing it's based on Soprod A10 , according to watch wiki A10 is a base for a number of complications, including chronograph.
It would be interesting if someone can chime in on the movement.

Anyway, the watch looks cool, and I love the fact that there's extra player in the game.
