MHD has been designing and making watches for sale since 2014. Having designed, self-funded and released countless watch collections over the past 8 years we thought it was time to show our watches to the Kickstarter community and so decided to do this with our latest release by Daily Driver.

All MHD Watches are designed in the UK by Automotive Designer Matthew Humphries, who is best known for designing cars such as the stunning Morgan Aeromax, Supersports and 3 wheeler.

After leaving Morgan, Matthew set up his own Automotive design consultancy (MHD), and then in 2014 established MHD watches to combine his love of design with his passion for watches.

The Daily Driver is available with either a black or brown rally strap.

4-piece layered case design:
- bezel
- centre barrel case
- exoskeleton chassis case
- screw-down case back

Case:
- 40 mm diameter by 12mm depth
- 47 mm Lug-to-Lug length
- 22mm width strap with quick release spring bars
- Sapphire crystal glass with 5mm bevel edge and (anti-reflective) AR coating (blue tint shown in some photography)
- 316 L Stainless steel bezel
- Black DLC coated bezel insert with vintage lume markers
- 316 L Stainless steel exoskeleton chassis with brushed finished top and sides
- 316 L Stainless steel Black DLC coated center barrel case with knurled finish
- 316 L Stainless steel case-back with engraved model and logo markings
- Water resistance to 5 ATM

Dial:
- 3-piece dial design
- Matte Black finish with laser-cut marker slots
- 2- Matte Black finish Sub-dial with black markers
- Vintage colour super luminova dial
- Black and white hour and minute hands with vintage colour super luminova
- White with red end second hand
- White sub-dial hands
- Left-hand sub-dial counts the chronograph minutes
- Right-hand sub-dial is a 24-hour indicator

Movement:
- Seiko VK64 Hybrid Meca-Quartz chronograph movement (sitting in a stainless-steel movement holder).
- 316 L Stainless steel crown and pushers with black DLC knurled finish and machine-turned edge

Strap Options:
- Brown Italian leather rally strap with quick-release spring bars
- Black Italian leather rally strap with quick-release spring bars

Warranty:
- 2-year warranty

Like the design, but a V64 for over $400 is a tough sell IMO.
