Coffee confession: I have used the same electric grinder for probably 30 years. I think I bought it at Trader Joe's. Nowadays nobody seriously suggests using it for coffee -- it uses blades instead of burrs. With that one upgrade my coffee has dramatically improved. Imagine all the coffee goodness lost to my using poor tools. No más!

I received my $96 espresso maker from the ToM deal today. Gotta leave it boxed up for the move, so pretty excited about getting to TN and using it. For ToM orders, it came very quickly and was delivered on Sunday.

This warning is valid. Our Nespresso Pixie reached end of life a few weeks ago….which opened up an entire world. Just bought my wife a Jura. Coffee will never be the same.
